No. okewla operates one account per person. If you try to register a second account using the same email, phone number, or payment method, okewla flags it as a duplicate and blocks creation. We enforce this rule to prevent fraud, bonus abuse, and money-laundering risk. If you believe you have been wrongly blocked, contact okewla Help with your ID and we'll review your case.

Payments and transactions

okewla accepts deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Each method has its own minimum and maximum per transaction—typically between our welcome offer and our welcome offer depending on your payment provider. The exact limits appear on the Deposit page inside your okewla account. Deposits settle instantly; your balance updates on screen as soon as the transaction confirms. If a deposit fails, contact okewla Help with your reference number and we'll check with the payment provider.

okewla does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. When you fund your account via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, the full amount arrives in your okewla balance. Similarly, when you withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet, okewla covers any transfer cost so you receive the full amount you request. Some e-wallet or bank partners may impose their own fees at their end, but okewla never takes a cut. For transparency, always check the fee disclosure on the withdrawal page before confirming.

okewla responds to most account and technical queries within a few hours during standard business hours. For urgent issues—such as a failed deposit, a missing withdrawal, or a suspicious login—open okewla Help and flag your issue as "urgent." We prioritize these cases and aim to acknowledge you within an hour and provide a resolution within the same business day. Outside business hours, our team queues your request and responds as soon as operations resume. For non-urgent questions, expect a response within 24 hours.

Game rules and markets

okewla covers major football tournaments year-round: Liga 1 (Indonesian domestic league), Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, and several other UEFA and international competitions. We also list non-football sports including MotoGP, badminton, and esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). On okewla, you can view upcoming fixtures, live scores, and available betting markets. Markets vary by fixture and availability—common types include match winner, over/under goals, and handicap. Check the fixture page for the full list of available options before you settle your bet.

okewla occasionally runs promotions with special codes. When you receive a promotion code—usually via email or inside your account notifications—go to the Promotions or Account Offers page inside okewla and look for an input field labeled "Enter code" or "Redeem promotion." Paste the code and click Redeem. The offer (bonus credit, free bets, cashback) applies instantly if the code is valid and you meet the eligibility conditions. If a code doesn't work, check the expiry date and your account status, then contact okewla Help with the code and your username.

okewla settles bets instantly when the outcome is confirmed. For sportsbook bets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League), settlement occurs moments after the final whistle or when the tournament body confirms the result. For live-dealer games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), settlement is immediate once the hand or spin completes. For slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), each spin settles on result. Your balance updates in real time; there are no holds or reversals. You can view your bet history and settlement status anytime in the Bets or History section of your okewla account.
